1. The people behind the factory

• All coins used in the games are virtual and given to you free of charge.
• Coins are worth nothing in money; they are not money, credit or property.
• Coins may not be purchased, sold, withdrawn or transferred, and they cannot be swapped for money, goods, services or prizes. We have no in-app purchases.
• We do not offer any prize of real-world value.
• We can change or reset coins, levels and features whenever we need to.

4. We offer no real-money gambling

We do not offer or promote real-money gambling on Bonbon Mill Lounge, and we do not link to gambling operators.

5. Your account and its password

• To play you need a free account. Only one account is allowed per person, and you must not share it.
• Do not tell anyone your password, and let us know immediately if someone else has used your account.
• From your account page you may delete your account at any moment; deletion is instant and final.
• If an account is used to disrupt the site, or we think it belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend it.
• Coins, levels and missions stay with the account, they are never your property, and we can reset them.

6. Using the site fairly

Please do not disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, try to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Keeping the site running, and liability

We provide the site “as is” and may change or withdraw any part of it. If there is a malfunction, all plays and pays are void. These terms do not limit any liability that cannot legally be limited, and they do not affect your statutory rights.

8. The factory answers to English and Welsh law

The law of England and Wales is the law governing these terms.
